KLAMOV LLC operates klamov as an authorized reseller of genuine software licenses. KLAMOV LLC holds Microsoft Partner status, which reflects our direct relationship with Microsoft for the purposes of sourcing and reselling authentic licenses. However, klamov is an independently owned and operated business and is not owned, controlled, or officially operated by Microsoft Corporation. Our use of the "Microsoft Partner" designation refers strictly to our partner program status and does not imply that Microsoft endorses, sponsors, or is otherwise affiliated with klamov beyond that relationship.

2. Trademark Ownership

"Windows," "Microsoft Office," "Microsoft 365," "Microsoft," and all related logos, product names, and trademarks referenced on our Site are the property of Microsoft Corporation. All other trademarks, product names, and company names or logos mentioned on our Site are the property of their respective owners. Every license key sold through klamov is genuine and sourced through authorized and legitimate channels. We do not sell counterfeit, cracked, pirated, or unauthorized software. Each license is subject to the terms of Microsoft's own End User License Agreement (EULA), which governs your use of the software itself and is separate from our Terms & Conditions.

4. No Warranty on Third-Party Software Performance

While KLAMOV LLC guarantees that license keys sold are genuine and will activate as described, we make no representations or warranties regarding the performance, features, compatibility, updates, or support of the underlying Microsoft software itself. Software functionality, feature availability, and ongoing support are determined solely by Microsoft Corporation and are outside our control.

5. Accuracy of Information
