These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and your purchase of any product from us. By accessing our Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

2. Products We Sell

klamov sells digital software license keys, including but not limited to Windows 10 Pro, Windows 11 Pro, Microsoft Office (various editions), and Microsoft 365 subscriptions. All licenses are sourced through authorized and legitimate channels. KLAMOV LLC holds Microsoft Partner status, reflecting our direct relationship with Microsoft. All products are digital and delivered electronically; no physical goods are shipped.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to purchase from our Site. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

4. Account & Order Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order, including a valid email address to which your license key will be delivered. You are responsible for ensuring the email address provided is correct and accessible. We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect email address provided by you.

5. Pricing & Payment

5.1 All prices displayed on our Site are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and include applicable terms unless stated otherwise.
5.2 Payment is processed securely through Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full card details.
5.3 Full payment is required before your order is processed and your license key is delivered.
5.4 We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, cancel orders affected by a pricing error, and refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders suspected of fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

6. Order Confirmation & Delivery

6.1 Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a separate email containing your license key and activation instructions, as described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
6.2 Delivery times are estimates and described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including email delivery issues or Microsoft server availability.

7. License Use & Restrictions

7.1 Each license key sold is intended for activation on the number of devices specified on the product page (typically one device per license), in accordance with the applicable Microsoft license agreement.
7.2 You agree to use the license solely for your own personal or business use and not to resell, redistribute, share, rent, lease, or sublicense the key to any third party.
7.3 Your use of any Microsoft software is additionally governed by Microsoft's own End User License Agreement (EULA), which is presented during installation/activation. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with it.
7.4 Violation of this section may result in license revocation and forfeiture of any refund eligibility.

8. Refunds & Returns

All refund and return requests are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All trademarks, product names, logos, and brand names referenced on our Site, including "Windows," "Microsoft Office," and "Microsoft 365," are the property of Microsoft Corporation. KLAMOV LLC is an authorized reseller and is not owned, operated by, or officially affiliated with Microsoft Corporation beyond our Microsoft Partner relationship.
9.2 All original content on our Site, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of KLAMOV LLC and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use our Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or interact with our Site without permission
  • Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information when placing an order
  • Resell license keys purchased from us in a manner that violates Microsoft's licensing terms

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." While we warrant that license keys sold are genuine and sourced through authorized channels, we do not warrant that the software itself will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet every requirement of your specific hardware or use case. Software performance, features, and updates are governed by Microsoft, not by KLAMOV LLC.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KLAMOV LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our Site or products, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KLAMOV LLC, its officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of any license purchased from us.

14. Third-Party Links

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites, including Microsoft's official activation or support pages. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site.

15. Privacy

Your use of our Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your purchase shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at contact@klamov.com. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Hudson County, New Jersey.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
