END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

Last Updated: August 2026

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a supplementary agreement between you ("User," "Customer," "you") and KLAMOV LLC ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), operator of klamov.com, governing the sale and use of software license keys purchased through our Site. This EULA works alongside, and does not replace, our Terms & Conditions and the underlying software publisher's own license terms described in Section 3 below.

By purchasing, receiving, or activating a license key from klamov, you agree to the terms of this EULA.

1. What You Are Purchasing

When you buy a product from klamov, you are purchasing a genuine, single-use software activation license (a "License Key") for Microsoft software, such as Windows 10 Pro, Windows 11 Pro, Microsoft Office, or Microsoft 365. You are not purchasing the software itself, ownership of any intellectual property, or any right beyond what is described in this EULA and in Microsoft's own license terms.

2. Our Role as Authorized Reseller

KLAMOV LLC holds Microsoft Partner status and sources all license keys through authorized and legitimate channels. We act as a reseller of genuine license activation rights. We do not create, modify, or control the underlying Microsoft software.

3. Governing License Terms

Your actual right to install and use the Microsoft software is governed by Microsoft's own End User License Agreement (EULA), which is presented to you during installation and/or activation, and which is published by Microsoft Corporation. By activating your license key, you separately agree to Microsoft's EULA. In the event of any conflict between this document and Microsoft's own EULA regarding use of the software itself, Microsoft's EULA governs.

This klamov EULA governs only the terms of your purchase and license key from us; it does not modify, limit, or expand your rights under Microsoft's EULA.

4. Permitted Use

You may:

  • Install and activate the license on the number of devices specified on the product page at the time of purchase (typically one device per license, unless stated otherwise)
  • Use the software for personal or business purposes in accordance with Microsoft's licensing terms

5. Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, lend, or transfer your license key to any third party
  • Use the license key to activate more devices than permitted for that specific license type
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, tamper with, or circumvent the activation or licensing mechanism
  • Use the license in a manner that violates Microsoft's own EULA, terms of service, or acceptable use policies
  • Represent yourself as an authorized Microsoft reseller or partner without our and Microsoft's authorization

Violation of this section may result in immediate revocation of support for that license and forfeiture of any refund eligibility under our Refund & Return Policy.

6. License Key Authenticity

We warrant that each license key sold is genuine and was sourced through authorized channels, and that it will successfully activate when used as intended, subject to the conditions described in our Refund & Return Policy (e.g., the key not already having been activated elsewhere due to misuse).

7. No Warranty on Software Performance

Beyond the genuineness and activation of the license key itself, we make no warranties regarding the performance, features, compatibility, security, or ongoing support of the Microsoft software. These matters are governed entirely by Microsoft Corporation and its own EULA, support channels, and lifecycle policies.

8. Term & Termination

This EULA remains in effect for as long as you hold and use a license key purchased from us. We may suspend support or refuse further service to any customer found to be in violation of Section 5 (Prohibited Use). Termination of this EULA does not automatically revoke a properly activated license, which continues to be governed by Microsoft's own terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability under this EULA is limited to the amount you paid for the specific license key at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the licensed software.

10. Relationship to Other Policies

This EULA should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, Refund & Return Policy, and Digital Delivery Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference. In the event of a conflict between this EULA and those policies regarding the resale relationship (as opposed to the software itself), the more specific provision controls.

11. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, consistent with the governing law provision in our Terms & Conditions.
